About Daniel Hoey...

Daniel Hoey, a dedicated basketball player from Scarsdale, NY, was born on June 13, 2007 to Kevin and Rose Hoey. Currently entering his third year as a varsity player and serving as captain for two years, Daniel has established himself as a key player on the team and his league, Section 1 "AAA." His impressive size and athleticism at the guard and wing positions create numerous mismatches, allowing him to dominate on the court.

Daniel prides himself on being a winner and embraces the challenge of guarding the best player on each opposing team. His ability to facilitate the offense with a tight handle and quickness makes him a formidable opponent, while his elite passing skills out of the post enable him to exploit smaller defenders. With a relentless work ethic and a passion for the sport that is second to none, Daniel plays with a TEAM-FIRST mantra. He is eager to join a college program that fosters a winning culture, where he can continue to develop his skills and pursue his love for basketball.
